It depends: Vegetables are probably overall healthier. For fruits, probably organic or well washed fresh or frozen blueberries. They have proanthocyanins & other antioxidants, and fiber, while not being too high in sugar. Apples, tomatoes (yes-fruit), oranges, bananas, pineapple, cantaloupe are also good choices. Best bet is a wide variety (& vegetables :-). ).
