So hard to tell.: Depending on what you read, the risk of having a miscarriage is about 1 in 3 - to 1 in 5 pregnancies. Many doctors recommend waiting two to three cycles before trying again. I think we see so many miscarriages because pregnancy is now detected so early. What we thought was a late period may have really been a miscarriage. Of course you worry, but your chances of a healthy pregnancy are excellent.
