Organs reversed.: Dextrocardia means that the heart is on the right side of the chest rather than the left. Situs inversus means that other internal organs may be on the opposite side compared to usual. By itself, this is not a problem in pregnancy. Some people have these inversions associated with other disease states, but in the absence of other disease it is not anything to worry about.
