Heart on the right: Dextrocardia means the heart is on the right side of the chest instead of the normal left side. Sometimes there are other problems associated as well. For example the heart may have other problems, some of the other organs may be in unusual places, some of them may not function normally. Rarely, there are no other problems and there will be no symptoms, just the heart on the right.
