Not part of exam: I know of no area where a formal pelvic exam would be considered necessary for a pre-employment physical. Some generalists & adolescent med physicians routinely do an external exam ( verifies the parts are healthy) , but the internal exam is not routine until later.

Yikes!: I can't imagine any pre-employment physical that would require a full pelvic exam - that is one of the most invasive things I have ever heard. A pelvic exam is not even recommended anymore until age 21, so if you are 19 y/o, it would not even be part of a routine exam yet. If whoever you are planning to work for is requiring a pelvic exam as part of hire, i would seriously consider another job!
