Could be a : Number of things. May be your bladder. You might need a upt, in fact i would advise this and if positive u need to be seen. Could be gas or constipation, uterine infection, ovarian cysts or the muscles. I am assuming u are female. I would go get seen, my guess is a bladder infection but definately test a upt. Good luck.
