Stop treatment: If the viral load increases during treatment--it means viral breakthrough and your treatment is no longer effective. Please discuss with your provider about stopping. Many newer more effective therapies are going to flood the market in 1-2 yrs.

Wait 4 better drugs: Talk to your prescribing doctor. The goal of hcv therapy is to achieve sustained virologic response (svr) which equates to an undetectable viral load. In your case, current therapy just isn't enough and is due to several known and unknown factors. There will be better therapies coming through the fda process over the next few years, so don't despair-.
