Is iron a reason in increased sgpt. my sgpt level is at 90. i take maximum 120 ml of liquor (scotch) in a week. should it be avoided or how can i cure?

Avoid: Alcoholic liver disease can cause iron overload. But primary iron overload syndromes need to be evaluated if iron saturation does not decrease woth abstinence.
