Occipital protrubera: This is a first. It really depends on how thick the bone is. Also of importance is the attachment of the posterior neck muscles to that region. I would go and see a plastic surgeon. I would suggest that you be very cautious - there is nothing wrong with the protruberance its normal to have it.
