Seizures: Not sure what medications the hospital prescribed him, but he needs to see a neurologist.

OD on antidepressant: He probably will be fine. The bigger problem is that he has no control - you have to keep all medication away from him - you give him what he needs and watch him take it. Also given that he oded - i assume not by accident - make sure he also attends with a psychiatrist and a psychologist.

? took meds again: There are issues here. Has he again taken too much antidepressant again. If not, the initial overdose may have uncovered an underlying seizure disorder. He should be followed by a neurologist, have electroencephalograms and be started a=on anti seizure medications.
