Comples partial sz: The transient foul aroma may well be an aura associated with a focal seizure, and usually is not associated with a brain tumor, but is due to an area of abnormal brain tissue or an alternative cause. Would suggest an eeg, and neurological consultation.

More information: Gershwin's brain tumor announed itself as his smelling burning rubber, but there actually is rubber burning, or some other bad smell, and your nose is more sensitive than the next person's, and you have nothing else to suggest that you are ill, i would not suspect a brain tumor. Can you clarify? Thanks.
