A bar fell and i fell with it and my whole body weight (including the bar) went my wrist and i couldn't use it for the rest of the day!what happened.

Need an x-ray: You should go to er- you need an x-ray to your wrist and hand-to make sure there is no fracture of dislocation etc. If no fracture or dislocation , you can apply ice packs for the swelling and nsaids as needed. But you should go get it checked and don't delay more if you can't use it.
