Poss pilonidal cyst: Hard to say exactly what this is but one possibility is a pilonidal cyst. These can become infected so best to see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

Cyst: Sounds like a cyst or abscss. You can try warm compresses, but usually these will need to be drained by a doctor.
