Don't put this off: This could be simple muscle spasm, but the heavy head feeling and lump are unusual. This should be checked out soon with a careful history of the symptoms, a thorough exam and probably x-rays or CT scan.

Neck: Could be muscle spasm or arthritis. Start with warm compresses but have it checked by a neurologist
