Not advisable : They could be surgically removed, but scar likely more noticeable than freckles. Otc fade creams unlikely to work, and i wouldn't advise rx. Better to reduce the number of new freckles which increase with sun exposure. Use a spf product everyday, not just when spending the day at the beach, and be sure to apply enough, and reapply through out the day.
