Globus: A pill will dissolve in your throat if it is there. Sensation of something in throat is very common. Chest pain could be cardiac in origin but more likely acid reflux in a 23 year old woman. See an ENT doctor.

See Dr: You most definitely do not have a pill stuc in your throat. See your doctor or an ear, nose, throat (ENT) doctor asap.
