A member asked:

Mri showed non-enhancing lesions in left interior colliculus & dorsal to 4th ventricle, positive ana w/dual pattern 1:8 speckled, 1:8 nucleolar, rhf 14, stiffness/fatigue, headaches, could this be ms

Possibly: The MRI films need to correlate with your ongoing symptoms, but clarity can be achieved by checking cervical spine and maybe gray matter (done with dir and mtr software). If additional lesions, points toward a potential multiple sclerosis answer. Spinal fluid may also help in pinning this down. Your other tests seem non-diagnostic.

Probably not: In order to make a diagnosis of ms one should see a change in the space between lesions over time. Also, one must present with clinical symptoms which would be specific for ms.
