?Nose Cyst?: Consult an ENT specialist. What you describe as a "nose cyst" could mean different things. It may be a polyp or some people see the front tip of their turbinates and think it's abnormal.

It may persist: If it's a true cyst it may require treatment to go away. Get it examined to be certain what you are dealing with and go from there..
