Mouth rinse: A dilute mouth rinse with an antiseptic solution such as listerine is all you should need. Cuts in the mouth heal fairly well on their own. The antiseptic rinse can be helpful.

See below: I have my patients use aleo vera juice as a rinse...You can also take a drop of oregano and clove oil on a q tip and place this on the cut area assuming its clean and you have no issues that would weaken your immune system it should heal in a few days.
