Tincture of time: For small lacerations, healing will occur in 7-10 days on its own. For larges cuts , you should see a dentist and they will probably place some sutures to close the wound to allow for better healing w/ less scarring.

Physician/dentist: I would see a dentist or physician. You may need stitches or an antibiotic. I don't know how severe the wound is. If it's a small cut, it will heal on its own. If bigger or deeper, see a professional!
