Any advice on herbal remedies for asthma?

No scietific studies: Even thogh herbal remedies are and have been recommended by alternate medicine doctors, there are not any acceptable scintific studies to support their use in this day and age asthma is an inflammatory condition of the bronchi and you need to treat the inflammation and bronchospasm both and avoid the triggers like cig smoke therefore i can not recommend herbal medicines for treating this serious co.
