Not proven: For stress induced asthma.You can try deep abdominal breathing, relaxation, guided imagery, biofeedback. In the meantime talk to your doctor about pharmacotherapy. Asthma can cause substantial long term damage if not controlled. Don't forget that asthma can and will kill, if given the chance.

Sorry not many: Asthma is due to inflammation and mucus in the breathing tubes. There are several causes, but treatment for symptoms needs to be prescribed.
