Keratosis pilaris: Keratosis pilaris is a condition showing keratotic follicular plugging with varying degrees of surrounding erythema in acne there are microcomedones, conedones, inflammatory papules and pustules and nodules. If it is scaly bumps on the outer extensor aspects of the upper arms it is probably keratosis pilaris.
