Can you tell me some difference, i am a teenager with acne, but i don't know how that could make me get a rash, usually on my arms/wrists?

Likely not related: You can have a zillion other reasons for having a rash on your arms and wrists, nothing at all to do with the fact you have acne elsewhere. If your primary doctor has not been able to diagnose the rash and help you, then I suggest an appointment with a dermatologist so that you can get appropriate treatment. If haven't seen your primary care doctor about it, make appointment there first.
