Drealization: Some people feel a very anxious experience of things not being quite real i can be very uncomfortable and the anxiety about it can make it worse. Its important to have medical evaluation to rule out medication effects or medical condition, and a good psych eval after that. But if it is anxiety related often psychotherapeutic techniques can be taught by a clinical psychologist - there is help!
