Good vs bad: Any medication must be evaluated of benefit versus side effect. Use of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) in adults is controversial. I am very concerned about using any stimulant that is causing side effects. It may have serious effects on cardiac function and blood pressure. Discuss this with your doctor as soon as possible., .
