Risk benefit: What you should or shouldnt do really requires a personal evaluation - adhd varies in severity and as such it can have varying risks of not treating it, and variable possible benefits. Some are quite significant. Adhd is often a disorder in which the person with the adhd may have less awareness of impact, or is less disturbed by the behavior than spouses, employers or friends.
