Treat symptoms: Tramadol is an opiate just like oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine, Methadone and heroin. It is a weak opiate but can have withdrawal symptoms just like any other opiate. The symptoms may last a week or 10 days and can include muscle aches, diarrhea, agitation, trouble sleeping, sweating and chills. You might consider seeing an addiction medicine doctor if you are unable to get off them yourself.
