Average 7 to 10 days: Long-term use of tramadol may be associated with physical dependence and a withdrawal syndrome, consisting of typical opiate-like withdrawal symptoms as well as atypical withdrawal symptoms including seizures. Don't be fooled by the fda statement "non-narcotic". That only means that the chemical does not look like a narcotic, it still acts like a narcotic in the brain!
