Yes: Especially if you have underlying asthma/reactive airway disease. Some people have mild exercise induced asthma and benefit from bronchodilators such as albuterol prior to exercise. Seeing you doctor for a pulmonary function test or spirometry would be the way to find out if you would benefit from an inhaler.
