Can bronchitis cause swelling under brest?

Highly unlikely: Bronchitis is an inflammation of the tubes leading to the lungs as branches from the trachea (cartillagenous tube from throat to chest). It is usually (95%) viral and some due to non-infectious irritants. Commonly seen in smokers. You should have the breast examined to find out the cause of the swelling.

Usually not...: Acute bronchitis is typically the result of an infection of the airways and it leads to inflammation of the airways. It does not typically cause swelling outside the airways. See your doctor to diagnose the breast swelling.
