Need more info, but: Oral surgery or jaw (orthognathic) surgery? How long ago? This cannot be easily answered with little information given. If it is indeed very recent, and jaw surgery, it is possible that swallowed blood, the opiate pain medicine given commonly may be contributing to the nausea. Your surgeon can rx an anti-emetic (stop vomiting). Make sure you can evacuate your mouth, aspiration dangerous.
