Once a day: They should be put on a part of the body that will not get wet, or be effected by sweating. They can be put back with another kind of tape on top of them, as long as it makes good skin contact. They are changed daily. Depending how close you are to your next patch, you can just wait, or you can replace the patch. You can also use nicotine lozenges/gum etc. Until you put on your next patch.
