Cipralex: If you meant cipralex, it is another brand name of Lexapro (escitalopram) which is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor used to treat depression/anxiety. Unlike adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) it is not a stimulant.
