General exercise: Despite some claims to slim your thighs with special exercises, i doubt that this is the case. So i would advise increased physical activity which can be as simple as walking briskly daily. But you have to spend at least 30 -45 minutes walking daily or at least 5-6 days of each week. Running/jogging can also be a good form of exercise if you can do it regularly. But get started slowly and increas.
