Lunges, wall sits: Lunges done properly are excellent for the thigh muscles. Make sure a trainer or similar per with knowledge shows you how to do them because if done incorrectly they can harm your knees. Wall sits are also very good for working your thighs. Very difficult but continue to do these and you will gradually increase the amount of time that you can sustain the wall sit.
