Be honest: Set realistic goals, go to a well trained doctor, be pliable, have your medical records sent ahead, including your mri, last labs, give the doctor at least 2-3 visits before evaluating their performance, know what medicine you have tried and helped, know your pharmacy number, don't be angry at not getting the same medicine that has worked for you, don't insist on a specific medicine, good luck.
