See a dentist.: There is no home remedy that I am aware of for this problem. I recommend you see a dentist trained to treat TMJ and start there. A trudenta trained dentist may be the most helpful. I would also like to say that I am not sure your nasal congestion is related to the tmj, but anything is possible!

See your doctor: I would see your doctor first to treat the ear fullness and nasal congestion. That may ease the TMJ symptoms. Or it may not. However, i would care for the ear fullness and nasal congestion first.....
