Can an acupuncturist diagnose any condition?

Not all conditions: Some acupuncturists are western trained physicians, some are doctors of traditional chinese medicine, some do not have medical degrees. Some acupuncturists can diagnose a wide breath of conditions. Many however provide traditional medicine diagnoses which is much different from western approaches to medicine. I don't know of any physician or healer who can diagnosis any and all conditions.
