Sciatic nerve damage: It really depends on the reason and the extend of the damage. If it was cut, or crushed, recovery can be unpredictable. If it was just compressed for a ong time, there is a good chance for reconvery. All cases vary, and an emg/ncv study can help a lot over long-term reconvery. Good luck!
