Find out why: You may well have a sleep disorder, and need to check for sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, plms, even narcolepsy. Perhaps anemia or hypothyroidism is answer. See your doctor, consider overnite sleep study if basic tests non-confirmatory.

Investigate: First find out why you are sleepy? Is it due to daytime overactivity, disease or drugs? Is it due sleep related problems such as restless legs, sleep apnea, excessive night-time stimulation, worry, pain conditions, dietary issues, bad mattress, noisy neighbors, pets in bed, etc. Then correct the problem. Know, then go (for a correction).
