How to get rid of sleepiness? i work at a warehouse and i need energy. i refuse to drink coffee because it can get addicting but i can't seem to get energy. should i take iron pills?

No: Iron will not help unless you have iron deficiency anemia. Have a medical evaluation to determine if there is a medical reason for the fatigue. Consider having a sleep study is there are significant sleep issues.
