LowFODMAPs diet...: Gas and bloating is frequently caused by bacterial fermentation of fiber and long-chain sugars from foods in our intestine. Two suggestions: 1. Try going on a low-fodmaps diet (ibsfree.Net) and 2. Try taking a probiotic supplement. Some times otc digestive aids also help including lactaid and beano taken with milk and beans respectively. If no relief, see your doctor.
