Diet: You may be an air swallower, which can add to gas. Check your diet- make certain that you are not taking in dairy products if you have developed lactose intolerance. Good luck.

Diet: Gas is produced by bacteria in your intestines as it consumes some of the food you eat. Certain foods result in greater gas production, and certain bacteria produce smellier gas. One possibility is to clean out the bowel with a combination of stool softener and laxative. Alternatively, a probiotic could also help shift the bacterial population to less smelly ones.
