Poor choice: Cetaphil won't touch real acne. Get some topical benzoyl peroxide. It's not 'nice' or 'gentle' like cetaphil, but it's your best friend if you have acne. If this doesn't clear you in two weeks, get with your personal physician.

Wound care & acn: Acne can be prevented or minimized by using a gentle cleanser twice daily, over the counter benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid products followed by a noncomedogenic moisturizer. Cetaphil and Ceravue are products used to support healthy skin and prevent breakouts, but do not specifically treat them.
