Need big guns: If you characterize your acne as horrible, then don't waste time with anything short of the big guns that only a dermatologist can prescribe. Accutane treatment is unpleasant and somewhat dangerous but it in my opinion worth it; you must comply carefully and keep your physician in the loop. All acne can be controlled. Good luck.
