What antibiotics do i need for a kidney infection?

Depends on culture: Usually a urine culture is sent before antibiotics are started. If no culture data were available, Ciprofloxacin or Levofloxacin would be a good choice. But there are plenty of resistant strains out there. Best to get a culture!
