Not likely: You might tone it up and have it appear different, but you will likely strengthen and build-up your muscle. If you become obsessed with this exercise, and overtrain, you can eventually destroy your own body mass. This is totally different than reasonable exercise and is usually linked to an eating disorder and psychological disorder. Average person, average workout -- no problem.
