Examines eyes: A neuro ophthalmologist is an ophthalmologist or neurologist with special training in diagnosis and treatment of problems involving both the brain or nerves and the eye and vision, such as the eye problems from stroke, brain tumors, ms, etc.

Think: Certain problems affect the eyes and others can be seen in the eyes, neuro-ophthalmogists are specialists with training both in neurology i.e. The nervous system and ophthalmology i.e. Eye disorders and are sometimes due to their experience able to figure out disorders that would puzzle most other specialists.
