Anxiety: Anxiety is a natural and normal response for all of us.When it goes beyond out control it's disabling discomforting and makes it difficult to continue any normal activity at that point treatment is indicated with therapy only or in combination with meds if its bothering a lot please consult a psychiatrist or at least a therapist all the best.

When it interferes: Anxiety is common, sometimes it is simply a realistic short term response to a stressor. However when it is enduring or contributes to ill health, chronic insomnia, irritability, or interferes with work, studies, relationships, recreation or general enjoyment of life it becomes a clinical concern.
